Website information and project inquiries

This website describes mobile shrink wrap protection services for cargo, equipment, buildings, and commercial projects. It lets you request information or a project quote. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, accept a quote, reserve a work date, or create an obligation to perform work.

Service availability, suitability, scope, materials, timing, and pricing must be confirmed for the individual project. Information and illustrations on this website are general descriptions, not engineering advice, product specifications, or a guarantee of results. Service illustrations may be illustrative renderings; the Completed Jobs gallery presents project photographs. Neither type of image guarantees an identical result for another project.

Quotes and separate project agreements

Before work proceeds, the parties must agree on the project scope and applicable commercial terms. Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, scheduling, cancellation or rescheduling, refunds, warranties, and responsibilities are governed by the accepted written quote or separate project agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not establish a non-refundable deposit, cancellation fee, or warranty exclusion. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms about the work, the project agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Information you provide

Please provide accurate contact information and project details, including the location, approximate dimensions, access conditions, intended use, and timing. Tell us about known hazards or restrictions that may affect a site review or the work. An initial estimate may require further information or a site review.

Only submit photographs, drawings, links, and other materials that you are authorized to share for the project review. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, classified information, export-controlled technical information, or other restricted or highly sensitive information through the quote form. Contact us first if a project requires a special process for sharing information.

Submitting project materials allows us to use them to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if agreed, plan and perform the project. Submission alone does not give us permission to use your materials in public marketing.

Availability and emergency requests

Storm and emergency inquiries are subject to crew availability, travel, weather, site access, and safe working conditions. An online inquiry is not a dispatch confirmation and the form is not an emergency-response channel. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact local emergency services.

Acceptable website use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing material; impersonate another person; introduce malware; interfere with operation; or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse of the website as permitted by law.
